Job Timings: Monday to Friday [9:30 AM to 6:30 PM]

Saturday [ 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM]

Experience: 2–6 years in Travel & Tourism Operations

Location: Ambawadi Circle, Surendra Mangaldas Rd, Panchavati Society, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Head to oversee and manage the end-to-end travel operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel and tourism, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure seamless customer experiences. This role involves handling day-to-day operations, planning travel packages, coordinating with vendors, and addressing customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily travel operations to ensure timely execution and service delivery

• Maintain operational efficiency and address any process gaps

• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SOPs

• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company standards and client requirements

2. Tour Package Planning

• Design, customize, and price domestic and international tour packages

• Work with internal teams and destination experts to create competitive itineraries

• Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal destinations, and customer preferences

3. Customer Query Handling

• Act as a point of contact for customer queries and grievances

• Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to ensure high customer satisfaction

• Assist in resolving complaints and following up on service recovery cases

4. Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other service vendors

• Negotiate rates and manage contracts to ensure profitability and service quality

• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors for smooth operational flow

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

• 2–6 years of experience in travel operations, preferably in a tour management company

• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and operations

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

• Proficiency in travel software and MS Office tools
