Delivering Training: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching for both new hires and existing employees. Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Monitor the impact of training programs on employee performance, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant operations. Maintaining Training Records: Keep accurate records of training attendance, completion, and any relevant certifications. Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest training trends, best practices, and industry standards to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.
