Roles and Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills in selling, product knowledge, and soft skills. Develop process-oriented training materials to improve team performance and efficiency. Conduct regular coaching sessions with individual team members to address gaps in their skills or knowledge. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations) to identify areas where additional training would be beneficial. Analyze the effectiveness of existing training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in Sales Training, Process Training, or Team Training. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data to measure program effectiveness.
