Job Title: JCB Sales Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Trainer to join our team at JCB. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing our sales team to achieve exceptional sales performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training, product knowledge, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for JCB sales teams.

2. Conduct product training sessions to ensure sales teams have in-depth knowledge of JCB products.

3. Create and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices.

4. Coach and mentor sales teams to improve sales performance and customer engagement.

5. Analyze sales performance data and provide insights for improvement.

6. Collaborate with sales leadership to align training programs with business objectives.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and product developments.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales training and development.

2. Strong knowledge of construction equipment industry and JCB products.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
