Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training and Quality Manager located in Thane. The Training and Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role includes designing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing employee performance, and continuously improving training procedures based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Experience in training program development and implementation
• Strong skills in monitoring, evaluating, and improving training effectiveness
• Knowledge in designing training materials and conducting training sessions
• Ability to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in quality assurance and compliance is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or relevant field is preferred
