Training and Development Lead

Location: SNS GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Learning & Development or related HR functions Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning and Development (L&D) Lead to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance the skills, performance, productivity, and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development, along with hands-on experience in L&D program management. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver effective learning strategies, training sessions, and development programs across all levels of the organization. Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill or knowledge gaps. Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Lead leadership development, soft skills training, and succession planning initiatives. Manage LMS (Learning Management System) and digital learning platforms. Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in L&D and apply them to enhance learning experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Certification in L&D, Training, or Instructional Design is a plus. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development roles. Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and e-learning tools.
