Job Title: Process/V&A Trainer – International Voice Process Location: Bangalore Shift: Rotational Shifts (5 days/week, 9 hours/day) Reporting To: Assistant Manager – Training What You'll Do: Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees. Design and implement effective training programs. Develop training materials like presentations and video modules. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Collaborate with managers to identify and address training needs. Maintain training documentation, SOPs, and reports. What We're Looking For: 4+ years of total experience with at least 1+ year as a process/V&A trainer in international voice processes is mandatory. Skilled in TNA/TNI, coaching, and content development. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
