Description:

Configure, manage, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common Hardware and network problems.Plan and implement network upgrades and patches with minimal disruption.Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.Implement and manage network security protocols, including firewalls, anti-virus, and data encryption.Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff.Maintain documentations, record keeping of network configurations, changes, and procedures.Maintain Inventory of IT Assets. Ensure compliance with relevant data security and privacy regulations.Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.Good knowledge on windows, Linux, Mac operating system & MS Office.Good communication problem solving, inter personnel skills.Good knowledge on LAN/WAN,TCP/IP ProtocolsExperience in IT Support role.
