• On field to identify potential leads and convert them as onboarding
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for onboarding drivers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
• Make cold calls and follow-up calls to leads and prospects to assist in conversions.
• Highlight trends, concerns, and opportunities observed in the market.
• Conduct market studies for new zones based on business potential and operational parameters.
• Educate drivers on platform benefits, operational processes, and incentives.
• Ensure proper documentation and verification during onboarding.

• Ability to understand the market situation

• Fluency in Telugu & Hindi is mandatory
