🎯 Role: Co-Founder / Tokenomics Lead
You will:
- Lead the design and modeling of the HYK Token (☯) and overall token economy
- Work directly with the founder on whitepaper and investor decks
- Help define mechanics for TGE, staking, utility, rewards, and treasury management
- Collaborate with Web3 devs, designers, and community managers
- Ensure sustainable, secure, and incentive-aligned token systems
- Support funding strategy (IDO, IEO, VC, grants)
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 1+ year experience in Web3 (DeFi, DAOs, GameFi, or NFT projects)
- Deep understanding of tokenomics, governance models, and market dynamics
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, Layer 1 & 2 chains)
- Worked on or designed token launches, vesting schedules, or token utility flows
- Comfortable with whitepaper writing, models, and economic narratives
Bonus Skills:
- Web3 technical literacy (smart contracts, dApps, bridges, wallets, protocols)
- Financial modeling or prior fundraising experience
- DAO treasury management or incentive design exposure
- Knowledge of token regulation, compliance, and legal boundaries
- Communication, strategy, and community alignment instincts
