Role Overview:

The Designer will support the creative process through research, conceptualization, and development of innovative rug designs aligned with global trends and the Jaipur Rugs ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct trend research and analysis to inform design direction
• Create and present mood boards for seasonal collections
• Develop original rug designs using traditional and contemporary themes
• Maintain clear documentation of design processes and outputs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Design from institutions such as NIFT, IICD
• 3 years’ of relevant design experience
• Proficiency in NedGraphics, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
• Strong sense of aesthetics and design knowledge
• Excellent time management, teamwork, and project handling skills
