Textile Designer

You are a creative and talented Textile Designer who will be an integral part of our design team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop original textile designs that are in line with our brand aesthetic and current market trends. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that designs are successfully executed from concept to production. Your key responsibilities will include developing original textile designs for dress materials, researching and identifying trends in the textile and fashion industry, collaborating with Product Development, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure design feasibility and product integrity, creating detailed design specifications and tech packs for production, and participating in design reviews and presentations to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Textile Designer or a similar role in the industry. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, is essential. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of textile materials, printing techniques, and manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance. The work schedule is during the day, and the preferred education level is Higher Secondary (12th Pass). The required experience for this role is a total of 1 year of work experience, with at least 1 year specifically in design.
