Job Title: Testing Experts Trainer Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad Experience: 2 to 8 Years Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream - Mandatory) Contact:6309435163 Job Summary: We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Testing Experts Trainers to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing (Selenium, Java/Python), and exposure to industry best practices. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students/professionals and updating them with the latest testing tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Software Testing – both Manual and Automation. Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, practical labs, and assessments. Train candidates on software testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, etc. Customize training modules based on learners’ skill levels and industry trends. Evaluate trainees’ performance through assignments, quizzes, and project work. Guide and mentor learners through hands-on testing scenarios and real-time projects. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and frameworks in the QA domain. Collaborate with the internal team to continuously improve the training delivery and content. Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of Manual Testing and Automation Testing. Expertise in tools such as Selenium WebDriver, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, SoapUI, etc. Working knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python. Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills. Prior experience in teaching/training or mentoring is highly desirable. Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
