Job Title: Network Specialist Trainer Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Experience: 2 to 8 Years Position Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Industry: IT Training / Networking / Education Qualification: Graduation in Computer Science, IT, or related field Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Network Specialist Trainer to join our training institute in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of networking concepts, hands-on experience with networking tools, and a passion for training and mentoring aspiring professionals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver classroom and lab-based training sessions on networking fundamentals, LAN/WAN, routing & switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security. Train students on industry-standard certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, etc. Design and update course content, training materials, practical labs, and assessments. Guide students on real-time networking projects and certification preparation. Provide personalized mentorship and support to ensure student success. Keep up with the latest networking trends, protocols, and technologies. Ensure training quality and maintain student performance records. Required Skills: 2–8 years of industry experience in network engineering or administration. Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, or similar networking systems. Hands-on experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), subnetting, VLANs, NAT, firewalls, etc. Prior experience in technical training or mentoring is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners at all levels. Preferred: Certified in CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or other relevant certifications. Experience training in an EdTech or IT training institute setting.
