About The Role

We are seeking a Tendering Manager to take ownership of all tendering activities andprocesses. The candidate will be responsible for managing tenders from preparation tosubmission, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and negotiating businessterms with stakeholders. The role demands strong expertise in documentation,stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and commercial negotiations.Key ResponsibilitiesTender Preparation and SubmissionPrepare and submit tenders, commercial bids, and Request for Proposal (RFP)documents.Develop tender strategies, ensuring alignment with client specifications andbusiness goals.Review and interpret tender documents, contracts, and scope of work.Bid Management and CoordinationCoordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, procurement) togather required inputs for tenders.Develop cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements for tenders.Present project proposals to management and clients, ensuring clarity on scopeand deliverables.Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with clients, government bodies, subcontractors, and consultants to ensuresmooth tender processes.Act as the primary contact for all tender-related communication andclarifications.Contract Review and ComplianceDraft, review, and negotiate tender agreements and contracts to ensurecompliance with project requirements.Ensure all tender submissions meet legal and regulatory standards.Budgeting and Financial PlanningPrepare and monitor tender budgets, ensuring alignment with project financialgoals.Identify and mitigate financial risks related to bids and contracts.Process Improvement and DocumentationMaintain detailed documentation of tender processes, submissions, andoutcomes.Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of future bidding and tenderprocesses.Market Research and Competitor AnalysisConduct market analysis to identify new tender opportunities.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the company’s tenderstrategies.

Requirements

Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in tender management, bidding, and contract negotiation.Experience in the construction and especially prefabrication sector is preferred.Familiarity with government portals (like GEM) and ERP systems especiallyHubspot for tender management is a plus.
