• Tender Identification:

  Research and identify

  relevant government and private sector tenders

  related to drone technology and industrial solutions.

• Bid Preparation & Submission:

  Prepare

  tender documents, technical proposals, and financial bids

  as per tender guidelines.

• Compliance & Documentation:

  Ensure all bid submissions comply with

  government regulations, tender specifications, and company policies

  .

• Coordination with Internal Teams:

  Work closely with the

  Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams

  to gather necessary inputs for bid preparation.

• Vendor & Partner Collaboration:

  Engage with

  vendors, subcontractors, and strategic partners

  to obtain necessary quotations and certifications for tenders.

• Follow-up & Negotiation:

  Track the progress of submitted tenders,

  respond to clarifications

  , and assist in post-bid negotiations if required.

• Market Analysis:

  Stay updated with

  government policies, industry trends, and competitor activities

  related to tendering and procurement.

• Database Management:

  Maintain

  records of tenders, bid submissions, approvals, and contract documents

  .

Knowledge and skill required

• Strong understanding of government e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPP Portal, etc.).
• Knowledge of tender documentation, bid evaluation, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze commercial and technical requirements of tenders.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

  to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender submission portals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  to handle complex tendering processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or PG Diploma in Supply Chain, Contracts, or Tender Management is a plus.
• 4-7 years of experience in handling tenders, bids, or contract management.
• Experience in aerospace, drone manufacturing, or government contracting is preferred.
