Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Team Leader located in Mumbai. The Telesales Team Leader will oversee daily telesales operations, manage and motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales targets. Duties include training team members, monitoring performance, developing sales strategies, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
