Position: Telesales Representative Location: Chennai, Kolkata, Baroda CTC: Up to ₹5.3 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Telesales Representatives to join our high-performing team at the SNO Center. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tele/inside sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. You will play a key role in improving lead conversion, driving payments, and contributing to the overall performance of the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential leads via outbound/inbound calls to drive successful conversions. Apply strong persuasion techniques and closing strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the OSP (Onboarding Sales Partner) team to enhance SNO process outcomes. Maintain accurate tracking of leads and ensure timely follow-ups. Overcome customer objections to streamline the payment and onboarding process. Adhere to call quality and sales process standards. Share valuable insights on customer behaviour and market trends with the sales team. Monitor real-time performance for instant course correction and support. Provide coaching and motivation to drive consistent team performance. Quickly implement and adapt to process changes based on performance data. Take complete ownership and accountability of targets and execution at the centre level. Key Requirements: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Outbound Sales. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Experience in handling high call volumes with a strong focus on closures. Proficiency in Excel and SQL tools for sales tracking and analysis. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and local languages. Prior experience in B2C or B2B sales is an added advantage. Why Join Us?
