Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Sales Targets:

○ You will be responsible for meeting sales targets each month by calling potential customers.

○ The company will provide calling data, but you must generate leads and prospects from this data.

  • Your target will be ₹5,00,000 per month during the initial 3 months (probation period). After the probation period, the target will increase to ₹10,00,000 per month. Please note that once the probation is complete, there will be no incentives for sales below ₹10,00,000, and the target must be met as net sales.
  • Targets will be assessed on a quarterly basis. If you consistently achieve ₹10,00,000 in net sales for 3 consecutive months, 6 months, or 12 months, you will be eligible for additional bonuses and perks.
  • You will earn incentives for meeting sales targets, starting at 1-1.5% of sales once you reach ₹10,00,000.
  • Work Hours and Productivity:

○ Your work shift will be 9 hours per day.

○ You need to maintain a daily talk time of at least 3 hours to meet productivity expectations. If your daily talk time is less than 2:30 hours, your day will not be considered productive.

○ Regularly update and obtain lists of individual contact details and maintain daily call records.

  • Product Knowledge & Training:

○ You should have in-depth knowledge of all the plans offered by Nursing Next and be able to explain the features and benefits to customers.

○ Every day, spend 15-20 minutes exploring the app, brochure, and other resources to stay updated.

○ Participate in monthly training programs organized by the company to keep improving your knowledge and skills.

  • Sales Counseling and Customer Engagement:

○ You will need to talk to students and guide them on the various plans, convincing them to buy the appropriate subscription packages.

○ Understand the customer’s needs and provide them with solutions that match their requirements.

○ Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring you offer the best customer service.

○ Maintain and update a customer database using Excel and CRM software, and keep accurate records of every customer interaction.

○ Answer all customer queries regarding the company’s services and products.

  • Sales and Marketing Activities:

○ You will be responsible for explaining company services and products, conducting outreach, and following up with leads.

○ Regularly contact students via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails, informing them about ongoing offers, features, and benefits.

○ You will need to meet and exceed the sales targets set by the company.

○ Stay updated with market trends and use this knowledge to better serve customers.

  • Team Collaboration & Work Ethics:

○ Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with your colleagues, and follow all company processes and regulations.

○ Follow dress code and ensure adherence to SOPs in every aspect of your work.

○ You must demonstrate respect and professionalism in every customer interaction, regardless of the customer’s Behaviour.

  • Additional Expectations:

○ In case you need to work on weekends or public holidays to achieve targets, you will be entitled to comp-off as per company policy.

○ You may be assigned different states for sales activities, and the company may change your assigned states as per business requirements.

○ Regularly provide progress updates, submitting daily reports on your activities and sales performance.

○ Maintain the customer database and update it regularly.

○ You will be expected to go the extra mile when necessary to meet your targets, which might include working extra hours.

  • Leave and Absences:

○ While leaves are allowed as per company policy, try to avoid unnecessary leaves that affect your targets. Any leave taken should be approved in advance by management.

  • Sales Plan Diversity:

○ Focus on all NNL One plans, including UG 1st Year, NORCET, MSC, QB, etc., and generate a variety of sales across different packages.

○ You will also need to engage in sales activities for all plans, not just a specific set.

· Compensation:

· 20K -25K + Medical Insurance + Bonus + Gratuity + Leave Encashment + PF + Performance based yearly Increments

· Employment:

· · Mode of working: Work from Office

· · No. of working days: 6 days a week (Third Saturday Off)

· · Shift Time: 09:30am to 6:00pm or 10:00am to 06:30pm

· (Total 9 Hours + extra time just only when needed)

· The shortlisted candidate will be called for an interview at our office premises .
