Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, online platforms, and industrial visits. You will be required to present and promote our range of laser machines (CO2, Fiber, CNC-based systems, etc.) to prospective clients. Conducting product demonstrations, trials, and factory visits to showcase machine features and benefits will also be part of your role. Understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions in coordination with the technical team will be essential to your success. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales within defined timelines. It will be crucial to maintain and update our CRM/database with leads, opportunities, and follow-up actions. Your role will also involve attending trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and generate business. Following up on post-sale support in collaboration with the service department to ensure client satisfaction is equally important. Achieving monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management will be a key performance indicator. To excel in this position, you should stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. While 1-3 years of experience in industrial/B2B machinery sales is preferred, freshers with a technical background may also apply. A strong understanding of laser technology or capital industrial equipment will be advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You must have the ability to understand technical specifications and effectively explain them to customers. A willingness to travel frequently for client visits and exhibitions is essential for this role.
