Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Telecom Sales Specialist. The Telecom Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes providing customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to offer tailored solutions to clients. Additionally, the specialist will participate in training programs and manage sales-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and skills in Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and product demonstrations
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of telecommunications and IT services is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
