Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecom Telecaller at Air2net India Pvt. Ltd in New Delhi. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products and services, and generating leads. The role will also involve answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining call records.

Qualifications

• Sales or telemarketing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in CRM software
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
