- Own the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews,
negotiation, and onboarding).
- Source candidates through multiple platforms: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, internal ATS, and referral
networks.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, visa status (USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, etc.), and
availability.
- Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and close candidates efficiently.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants.
- Collaborate with sales/account managers to prioritize requisitions and ensure quick turnaround.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in the ATS and other internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific onboarding protocols and background checks.
- 5+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience (agency or staffing firm preferred)
- Strong knowledge of technologies across Java, .NET, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), QA, UI/UX, and more
- In-depth understanding of US tax terms, work authorizations, and recruitment compliance
- Experience in high-volume recruiting and meeting tight SLAs
- Proficient with Boolean search, ATS tools, and LinkedIn sourcing
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working US night shifts (EST/PST)
