About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team in Chennai. This on-site position plays a critical role in supporting our product development hiring efforts, particularly for software engineering roles. You’ll coordinate interviews, manage candidate documentation, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for software engineering and technical roles
• Follow up with hiring teams to collect and organize interview feedback
• Maintain and manage accurate candidate records and documentation for technical screenings
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Support other administrative and coordination tasks within the talent acquisition function

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition support
• Prior experience supporting recruiting and screening for software engineering or other technical roles is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
