Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for

    technical roles

    : backend engineers, DevOps, SDEs, data engineers, and more
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, and interview process
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals
  • Drive the recruitment funnel – from screening, coordination, stakeholder updates, to offer closure
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience and high offer-to-join ratio


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of core technical recruitment experience is mandatory

  • Prior experience working as a

    Tech Recruitment Consultant

    at a reputed firm or as an in-house tech recruiter
  • Strong track record in hiring for all

    engineering roles

  • Familiarity with fast-paced hiring, especially in

    fintech

    or

    product-led startups

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques


Educational Background

  • Must Have : B.Tech or MBA from

    Tier 1 institutes

    (IIMs, XLRI, MDI, SPJIMR, FMS, IITs, NITs, etc.)
