Technical Support Representative

Founded in 1994 by the name P.S.R.Computers , with an idea, objective & sole purpose to involve information technology through computers to all educational institutions, companies / firms, by way of proper customized developed software to track day-to-day routine and regular administrative jobs. Software Development Department, is one department which is consistently involved in developing, updating & implementing software according to the customized needs and as per the change in specifications of different departments in administration section of educational institution. Since its inception, the company has developed & maintained constant relations with the market leaders to provide technology to the client whose software are pre-defined according to the standard set by the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first line of support for client queries via email (and occasionally phone).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using .NET debugging and SQL queries.
• Analyze issues, identify patterns, and provide structured feedback to internal teams.
• Document solutions, client feedback, and contribute to a growing internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with development teams for deeper technical escalations.

What We’re Looking For

NOTE: Only hiring freshers for this role, Experienced candidates will be rejected!!

• 0–2 years of experience in technical/client support or software roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with .NET development (Windows-based applications).
• Working knowledge of SQL – ability to write basic queries for data lookup and issue investigation.
• Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and client-friendly.
• Problem-solving mindset and a calm, structured approach to handling multiple queries.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS or software product environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
