Requirements Skills Required Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with gaming platforms (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, PC) and general technical knowledge. Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities. Technical proficiency with PCs, networking, and relevant software (Microsoft Office, system security, drivers). A genuine passion for gaming with experience in various genres, both online and offline. Flexibility and availability for rotational shifts to cover operational hours.
