Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Service Engineer. Please see the below JD* Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and field service support for:* Control panels: PCC, MCC, PLC, APFC systems, manufactured by SANC * Instrumentation products: differential pressure transmitters, temperature/humidity sensors and transmitters, CO₂/humidity meters, water‑cut meters, gas detectors from brands including Dwyer/Omega, Rotronic, ACI Products, Michell, Evikon * Conduct routine maintenance and preventive servicing to prevent breakdowns.* Respond promptly to service calls and offer on‑site technical support.* Document all service activities, including site visit reports, parts used, and follow‑up actions.* Maintain and manage an inventory of spare parts and tools.* Provide training and guidance to clients on system operation, upkeep, and troubleshooting basics.* Collaborate with internal teams—technical, sales, calibration—to resolve complex or recurring issues.* Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company guidelines.* Engage with clients post‑service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback

Qualifications

Diploma or BE in Instrumentation/Electronics
Possess Technical Services and Troubleshooting skills
Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and Technical Support
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Prior experience in Instrumentation background is a plus
