Roles and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot advanced technical problems under tight deadlines
• Provide support to learners via phone or online platforms
• Assist trainers by conducting assignments, revisions, and QA
• Perform quality audits and provide feedback for improvements
• Act as the

  first point of technical escalation

• Support internal teams in managing priority tech issues

Required Skills

• Knowledge of

  Microsoft OS

• Strong analytical and

  troubleshooting skills

• Ability to simplify

  complex IT concepts

  for learners
• Excellent
