What You’ll Do

• Manage

  end-to-end tech hiring

  (sourcing to onboarding)
• Proactively source candidates via

  LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals

• Use ATS tools to maintain

  structured and compliant workflows

• Ensure a

  stellar candidate experience

  at every stage
• Track & report on

  hiring metrics and pipeline health

• Work with external staffing vendors when needed
• Suggest and support

  process improvement & automation

What We’re Looking For

technical recruitment

ATS tools & sourcing platforms

✅ Strong communication & multitasking skills

AI tools in recruitment

implementation partners requirements (CTS,TCS, Infosys, HCL, etc.)

✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Tech, or related field preferred
