Responsibilities Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment of qualified candidates for our clients short and long-term projects in numerous industries. Work closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers. Use job boards including but not limited to Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Professional, etc. to source potential candidates. Personally conduct screening interviews, document and report as needed. Requirements: 2+ years of US IT recruitment experience Proven record of successful placements/closures Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Helpful to have: Knowledge of Ceipal ATS
