Responsibilities:


  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for IT positions.
  • Requirement Gathering:

    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skills, and experience needed.
  • Talent Sourcing:

    Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening & Shortlisting:

    Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination:

    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Offer Management:

    Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth joining.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated with latest HR recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights.
  • Talent Pipeline:

    Build and maintain a pool of qualified IT talent for future requirements.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain recruitment dashboards and regularly update hiring status reports for stakeholders.


Technical Skills:

  • Recruitment Tools:

    Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS):

    Familiarity with ATS tools for managing recruitment workflow.
  • HR Trends in IT Recruitment:

    Understanding of latest sourcing strategies and industry best practices.
  • Interviewing Skills:

    Ability to conduct structured and behavioral interviews.
  • Data Management:

    Proficient in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports using Excel or similar tools.

    Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    Strong ability to negotiate salary and offers effectively.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Ability to assess candidate suitability based on role requirements and cultural fit.
