We are seeking a Technical Recruiter for PAN India Level to join our team in India.
Need to have atleast 2-3 years of Hands on Domestic recruitment experience. Hiring candidates for IT / Non-IT / Engineering / Low End Roles.
Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for technical roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required in the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices in recruitment.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate profiles and make informed hiring decisions.
