Job Description ● Building repair and maintenance ● Building Safety Audit ● Electricity and plumbing maintenance. ● Documentation; Records maintaining and decimation and audit ● Knowledge of working of all electrical equipment like lighting earthling,HT & LT panel and motors and Switch gears,their operation, maintenance troubleshooting,route analysis ● Knowledge of plumbing system & Fire system (Jockey ,Hydrant,Sprinkler Pump& fire Pump) ● Knowledge of Firefighting Equipment. And Safety Audit ● Handling Documents Like. Weekly & Monthly Reports PPM & TPM Updates HVAC Logbooks, Daily Energy Consumption Report. ● Working AC Panel (L.T) Operating Split And Window AC and AHU & Maintenance MCB, RCCB, MCCB TPN, ISOLATOR. ● Spare Planning and Cost Control ● Handling back-office operations,inter-office correspondence, mail quotations, purchase orders, work orders, Monthly Billing, ● Prepare and submit production update reports regularly and as needed, inclusive but not limited to daily activities, targets returns, and other issue ● Managing and monitoring all assigned electrical & interior Projects. ● Health and safety precaution knowledge.
