Technical Lead - Python/AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS.
• Drive technical excellence and provide architectural guidance for projects involving AWS, Python, and potentially Java/Node.js.
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely Skills :
• AWS : In-depth expertise across various AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Python : Strong proficiency in Python for cloud automation, backend development, and data Qualifications :
• Experience with Java and/or Node.js development.
• Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and designing RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
