Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new team members. Ensure that recruitment aligns with company culture and team objectives. Collaborate with HR to attract top talent and build a strong talent pipeline. 3. Team Development Provide regular training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team capabilities. Set clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback. Identify individual development needs and create personalized growth plans. Motivate team members to achieve targets, continuously improve skills, and take ownership of their roles.
