Key Responsibilities: Perform daily audits in coordination with the Crack Team focusing on: PO Segregation & Prioritization Code Red Pickup Assignment VMS (Vendor Management System) Adherence Monitor and drive improvement across Customer Obsession Metrics : PO Attempt Adherence (Target: 90%) Code Red Pickup Adherence (Target: 90%) Escalation Reduction (Target: 0 Leadership Escalations) Collaborate with Hub Managers and Central Ops to improve audit scores and team performance. Support team training for HMTs on escalation handling, PO prioritization, and workflow efficiency. Share daily and weekly audit insights with Zonal Experience Leads and contribute to HMT performance cycles. Identify delays and ensure resolution of Prexo shipment issues due to non-adherence or missed pickups.
