The ideal candidate will guide clients in choosing the best insurance plans based on their financial goals, needs, and risk appetite, while building strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance and investment products.Educate clients on different life insurance plans (term, whole life, endowment, ULIPs, etc.).Conduct detailed financial needs analysis and risk profiling.Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities.Build and maintain a strong client base by providing after-sales service and regular follow-ups.Assist in completing all documentation and policy formalities.Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Proven experience in sales, finance, or insurance (preferred but not mandatory).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.Basic knowledge of financial products and services.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized.

Preferred Qualifications

IRDAI license (or willingness to complete training and obtain certification).Experience with CRM tools and financial planning software.
