Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Male Team Coordinator to manage and support our call center team based in Kadavanthra, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, good communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily operations of the call center team.

• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports and escalate key issues when necessary.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

• Handle team queries and resolve escalations efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred (as per operational requirements).

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate.

• Prior experience in a team handling or coordinator role is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
