Tally Support Trainer

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Tally Support Executive / Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support and training to clients in the usage of Tally ERP software, resolve functional queries, conduct training sessions, and assist with implementation and configuration based on client requirements. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally software, along with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. *Key Responsibilities:·*       Provide functional and technical support to clients on Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime ·      Conduct training sessions for individuals and corporate clients on Tally modules (Accounts, Inventory, Taxation, GST, etc.) ·      Assist clients in installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of Tally software ·      Handle client queries via email, phone, or remote desktop applications ·      Customize Tally features or reports as per business requirements (basic level) ·      Maintain documentation of training, support issues, and resolutions ·      Guide clients on best practices related to accounting and Tally usage ·      Keep updated with latest features, modules, and changes in Tally software ·      Prepare and deliver user manuals, FAQs, and training materials *Requirements:·*       Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field ·      Proven experience with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime ·      Strong understanding of Accounting, GST, and Taxation ·      Good communication and presentation skills ·      Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users ·      Basic knowledge of computer networking and remote support tools is a plus Fluent in English, Hindi, and/or local languages as per location.
