We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with our recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and headhunting, with the ability to source, screen, and hire top-tier talent for a variety of roles. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple roles simultaneously, and maintain a high standard of recruitment excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

· Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.

· Head Hunting: Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates for specialized roles.

· Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.

· Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

· Building Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a network of candidates for future hiring needs.

· Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process.

· Offer Management: Support the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment contract preparation.

· Market Research: Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and competitive salary benchmarking.

Key Qualifications:

· Proven experience in recruitment and headhunting (preferably within an agency or internal recruitment team).

· Strong sourcing skills using various platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.

· Experience handling high-volume recruitment across various industries.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively and hiring managers.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple roles within a short timeframe.

· Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade candidates.

· Knowledge of recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
