Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions across departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring FMCG roles.
  • Coordinate campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process.
  • Track hiring metrics and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-volume hiring.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
