Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement processes for both commodity and non-commodity items. Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure quality. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Monitor market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations. Collaborate with internal teams like production, finance, and quality assurance to meet business needs. Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchase records. Lead and mentor junior procurement staff. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase management within the FMCG industry. Candidates with experience in procurement of FMCG products, including agri-based raw materials such as paddy, rice, etc., will be preferred. Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University. Show more Show less
