Talent Acquisition Executive

1-year contract agreement.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

Sourcing & Outreach

• Identify and attract top talent using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Screening & Evaluation

• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate profiles for suitability.
• Coordinate technical and HR interviews with hiring managers and teams.

Interview & Selection Coordination

• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with department heads to define role requirements and expectations.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and weekly status reports.
• Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, etc.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and people skills.
• Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to a
