We specialize in Motor, Health, and Life Insurance, RB Loans etc. Our mission is to simplify the process of accessing financial products, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented HR professional who will be responsible for managing talent acquisition (80%) and HR operations (20%) for our North zone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and HR processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (80%):

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

3. Build relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions.

4. Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and manage vendor relationships.

5. Ensure timely and cost-effective recruitment solutions.


HR Operations (20%):

1. Provide HR support to employees, including query resolution and policy implementation.

2. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

3. Conduct employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions.

4. Support performance management and development processes.

5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.
  2. Experience working in an insurance industry.
  3. Graduate / Postgraduate degree in HR/Management or related field.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  6. Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.\
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
