About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Manager who will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent for both Tech and Non-tech roles. Key Responsibilities


  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Non-Tech roles across levels.


  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.


  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a high-quality talent pipeline.


  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.


  • Contribute to employee retention strategies by ensuring a smooth onboarding process and fostering a positive work environment.


  • Maintain recruitment metrics and generate regular hiring reports.


  • Partner with external agencies when needed and manage vendor relationships.


  • Stay updated with hiring trends, talent market insights, and best practices within Fintech/BFSI.


Education:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA in HR is a plus.)

✔ Industry Experience: Prior experience of 2-3 years in hiring for Fintech, BFSI, or fast-paced startups is highly desirable.

✔ Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.

✔ Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver results within tight timelines.

✔ Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms.

✔ Well-versed with talent market trends for Tech and Non-tech roles.

✔ Strong negotiation and closing skills.

✔ High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
