Role Summary

Talent Acquisition- Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead full-cycle hiring for both tech and non-tech roles across functions including Technology, Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  2. Partner closely with hiring managers to manage sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
  3. Drive stakeholder management across departments to ensure hiring alignment and workforce planning.
  4. Champion employer branding initiatives and enhance the overall candidate experience.
  5. Coordinate with Affle's HR team to ensure alignment with company-wide policies, systems, and compliance frameworks.
  6. Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet evolving business needs and team structures.
  7. Leverage recruitment analytics and market insights to support data-driven talent decisions and improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 6–12 years of HR experience with core expertise in recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced tech/digital environments.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
