Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for academic and non-academic roles
• Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs
• Create and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements
• Maintain recruitment data and reports for analysis
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (education sector experience is a plus)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and interview formats
• Proficiency in using job portals and professional networks like LinkedIn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
