Job Description

1.Installation and Trouble Shooting of Software, Providing Technical Support to the users, Handling Network Issues, Maintaining Network Issues including VPNs, Routers, Firewalls, Data Security System. 2. Configuration of CISCO Switches, Firewall, Wireless Modems/Access Points. 3. Hardware troubleshooting, maintenance for Desktops/Laptops/Printers like IT equipment 4. Providing support for IT services, IP phones system, internet, LAN networking and cloud services. 5. Maintaining and upgrading existing systems when required. 6. Tapping and leveraging the use of various types of technology platforms to improve the overall workflow of the company's operations. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and self-manage competing priorities.
