International Sales Executive (KPO/BPO)

As a Freight Broker specializing in US sales, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with clients to facilitate the transportation of goods within the United States. You will leverage your negotiation skills and industry knowledge to secure favorable freight rates and ensure timely delivery of shipments. This role requires a keen understanding of logistics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients in the US market. Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
• Negotiation: Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers to secure cost-effective transportation solutions for clients. Maintain profitability while ensuring competitive pricing for customers.
• Order Management: Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from origin to destination. Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting the transportation and logistics sector in the US. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing freight brokerage operations in the United States. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, customer satisfaction levels, and profit margins. Take proactive measures to achieve or exceed business objectives.
